I get this error when trying to export my classes:
There was an error connecting to the PowerSchool Learning API. Please refresh the page and try again.
Error: Call to create export failed.
I'm moving to a new LMS and need to be able to export about 40 classes!!

Would you please try clearing your browser cache memory? Do you still receive the same error message? If yes, would you please try refreshing the page and confirm what can you see on the screen when you refresh the page to export classes from Common Cartridge to allow PowerSchool to further assist?
I cleared the cache and still get the same error. The error pops up as soon as I click the export tag, and any time I hit the export button. I have a few dozen classes that I need to export immediately, so I need this issue resolved asap.

Would you please try exporting to a common cartridge in a different browser and provide the results?
I am also having any issues with pulling out common cartridge files. I have been working with support it seems that the feature does not work as expected. When I do get content out it has all kinds of issues
I tried to export in a different browser and even on a different computer, and I see get the same exact error that I showed in the screenshot above. I have to get these classes downloaded this week- is it something that technical support can do and send me the files? If not, what is the solution?

To assist you further in resolving the issue of exporting common cartridge, we need a piece of final information regarding the IMS Common Cartridge Version you are currently trying to export.
1.) Have you tried using Version 1.2 or Version 1.3?
2.) If it is anything other than Version 1.1, are you still experiencing the error message?
As soon as I hit the export tab, that error I showed in the screenshot pops up. It doesn't matter what version I click, the error remains. This is also happening to the other 2 teachers I work with in my school.
