We are facing 2 major issues since morning:
1. When students try to Hand-In assignments the "Attach from google drive " option is missing. This issue is occurring across classes and the students are struggling to Hand-In assignments
2. Teachers receive multiple copies for each student work even though turned in once. It's frustrating because one presentation copy is always blank and the others may have work so teachers have to open every single copy in their Powerschool Learning drive folder.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have widespread reports from many of my users of this same issue - attach from Google Drive is missing!
Is this part of the maintenance for the window we are in right now? If so, it would be helpful if the Status page referenced something this significant.
The issue is not resolved yet. Guess it is part of maintenance, yes,it would be helpful if the Status page referenced something this significant.
The teachers and students are having a hard time. The workarounds we provided for teachers regarding assignments are :
Workaround#1: If handing in documents is essential, one option is to tell students to download the file to your laptop from Google Drive (will download as Word for a Doc or as PowerPoint for a Slide), then the downloaded file can be uploaded to the assignment as an attachment.
@FebaJacob Thanks for the updates on this
I have several workarounds for teachers that must have submissions:
These are good options - thanks!
In answer to the previous post, handing in Google docs is critical for schools that leverage Google as part of their workflow. For us it is critical, and an export/import breaks the ability to see changes in the Doc itself through History.
Option 2 is the better option, though we added to turn of notification on share (lots of kids * lots of assignments) and adding it as a live link (to make it easier for the teachers).
Has anyone submitted a ticket about this? We are experiencing the same here and I'm just wondering if they are aware of it being wide spread or if I should put in a ticket. Also, has anyone noticed if it's just Google assignments in Learning/Class Pages or is it affecting Unified Classroom assignments in assignment content blocks as well?
I'm getting blowed up from teachers this morning about this...
any update PS?
I've put in a ticket this morning (Central European Time). I haven't heard anything back except for the auto responder.
Hi @aciuffo, @FebaJacob, @MDeFore, @VictoriaP, and @jbologna,
Thank you for reporting this in PowerSchool Community!
We are aware of the issue with Students attaching documents from their Google drive. We have recognized the root cause of the issue and our team is working on a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve these issues.
We recommend keeping an eye out on the status page to receive recent updates on this.
@Reshma do you know if students see a banner/notification about the issue and/or the status of a resolution? I know when I log into my teacher account I see banners about scheduled updates, but not alerts as to a known issue. My students keep submitting help desk tickets regarding this and I just keep telling them "PowerSchool is working on it.." It would be great if they could see that for themselves.
