500 error issue?

 Hi all -

 

So we are getting a 500 error page as shown below. Anyone else having the same issue? Started a few minutes ago.

Status page says all systems operational.

Ok. It seems to be back online. 

 

Powerschool really needs to work on some sort of emergency email notifications to domains when a server connection fails. We are in the Gulf so Sunday is a working day.

And it is offline again. Can someone please highlight what is going on?

Ok...so it looks like its a Cloudflare issue. Since Learning (and other services) use CloudFlare as a security shell something is happenig with that which is causing the disruption.

  • Are you continuing to experience difficulties accessing PowerSchool Learning?
  • Are multiple users within your school receiving the 500 error message?
  • Are you receiving the error message when attempting to access PowerSchool Learning or a page within Learning?
    • If you are seeing the error message when navigating to Learning, are you or all users using a single-sign-on method?
    • If you are seeing the error message when navigating to a certain page in Learning, would you please provide the page and the steps you are taking to navigate to that area?
