Q:As a Domain Administrator, how do I get started with the Reports Tab?
A:The Reports Tab in Domain Control is where Domain Administrators can generate and export Attendance, Grade, Roster, and Login Reports. These Domain-level reports pull data from multiple classes in your PowerSchool Learning domain.
If your teachers are using PowerSchool Learning’s Attendance feature, you can export Attendance data in CSV format by going to theReportstab and selectingAttendance. For more information, please see our article on how to export attendance for an entire school.
Please note: If your school is currently linking imported roster sections into manually created classes, attendance data from those classes will not populate in the attendance export. If this applies to your school, please reach out to Support for additional suggestions that may work well for your school.
If your domain usesStandards-Based Grading, you can export overall grades for classes using SBG in the same way thatTraditional Grade Reportsare generated and exported to CSV. For more information, please see our Knowledgebase article onhow to export Standards-Based Grades for your domain.
