Once the solution purchase is complete, a Project Manager will be assigned to oversee your implementation.

 

Next steps:

  1. The Project Manager will contact your organization’s primary point of contact.
  2. They will schedule a kickoff call to begin the implementation process.

You can view project details, including project status and your Project Manager, by logging into the PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab and selecting Services (accessible to Technical Contacts only).
