Some school districts use our PowerSchool Enrollment appointment scheduler to set up appointments during their registration process. If your school district has instructed you to schedule an appointment through PowerSchool Enrollment, you can do so by following the steps below.
Click on the appointment scheduler link that your school district has provided you.
This could be either directly sent to you via email or located on the View/Print page of your submitted form.
Select the student you would like to set an appointment for.
You will be shown a calendar with available appointment times. Toggle to different pages of the calendar by using the available arrows.
Each time slot should be color coded based on what is available:
Dark Blue: indicates that all appointments at that time are available
Yellow: indicates that there are still remaining appointments for the time slot
Orange: indicates that all appointments have been taken for that time slot
Select the appointment time slot for which you would like to schedule the appointment.
Confirm that your information is correct in the pop-up window.
Click “Confirm Reservation”.
If you would like to schedule another appointment, you can do so from the Appointment Details page. You can also cancel or reschedule an appointment from this page.
