I only received one Access password for one child
I didn't get an access password for my oldest.
What do i do?

The school district provides the unique SnapCode for each student within the district. If you have not received a SnapCode to register one of your children for the 2019-2020 school year, I recommend reaching out to the school to request the SnapCode to register your child.
I also recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder to see if the email containing the SnapCode may have been filtered into another folder.
