I did two submissions, one for PreK and one for a returning student.
I received the submission confirmation email for the PreK, but didn't receive for the returning student, is it normal? Tried to get in touch by phone and mail with registration on email@example.com
any tips, on how to confirm the submission ?
I recommend checking the spam/junk folders of your email address first. If you do not find it, please reach out to the school district directly, since the submissions are managed at the district end.
