Snapcode

I am trying to get my son registered and I   told that my sons information is link to another family's account?  How do I get this corrected??

If you are receiving the error message "The snapcode is associated with a different family account", this means that the snapcode you are entering is currently linked to an account other than the one you are logged into. This could be another of your accounts, or it could be a different famiy's account. We would suggest reaching out to your school district for clarification on what could be occurring with this issue.
