Problem with account creation and log in

I was in the middle of creating an account - entered my email address and password and filled out all of the forms. I then realized I needed more information on some things and didn't submit. Now when I try to log in, it tells me it is not in the system and when I try to create an account it tells me that it is already in the system. I have reviewed all of the help docs and there is nothing I see that will help. How do I get in?

If you are unable to remember the password to your account, I would suggest using the "Forgot Password" tool on the login page. If you enter the email address that is currently associated with your account, you should receive a temporary password that will allow you to log into your account.
