How do i feel out forms to get my son into prek?

I got an email saying i can feel out some forms to enroll my son into prek. But idk where to find the forms. So how do i enroll my son?

I recommend reaching out to the school to request the registration form links are sent to you.  The links should be embedded or directions to access the form on the school's website should be sent to you in an email.
