After completing registration and getting "incomplete" notices I have gone back to try and find the problem but as I enter the second page I get a red notice saying that the pages are not able to load. I cant go farther than there, locked out.

Technical issues like this can typically be resolved by clearing the browsing history, cache, and cookies from your web browser. Once you've done this, you should be able to complete the rest of your form and submit it.
