Need assistance adjusting account

I tried to login with account setup two years ago but received an email from Shelby County Board of Education that the website was not working correctly and needed more time. I never heard back. The following year the teacher never referenced the website. So now, 2 years later we are being asked to use it. So I tried the login, but it didn't register. I reset the password but now my son is not attached to it. What do I do?

I am sorry you are facing difficulties with logging in to your account . I recommend contacting your school district should be able to assist you in resetting your password or providing you with new credentials.
