When will I receive my invoice for the renewal payment?

 

Answer

Once PowerSchool receives the required documentation—such as a Purchase Order (PO) and/or a signed quote—an invoice will typically be generated and sent within approximately one week.

If you're unsure whether your renewal has been processed, contact your Renewals Manager (RM) by navigating to the Customer Connect Page in the PowerSchool Community and selecting the Renewals Tab (accessible to Billing Contacts only)
