When will I receive my invoice for the renewal payment?
Once PowerSchool receives the required documentation—such as a Purchase Order (PO) and/or a signed quote—an invoice will typically be generated and sent within approximately one week.
If you're unsure whether your renewal has been processed, please use the PowerSchool Assistant contact your Renewals Manager (RM) for confirmation. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success and Renewals teams.
