What should I do if I haven’t received my invoice on time?

 

Answer

If you have not received your invoice on time, please contact the PowerSchool Accounts Receivable Team by emailing AR@powerschool.com. They will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.  To contact the Renewals Team or to contact your Renewals Manager (RM), navigate to the Customer Connect Page in the PowerSchool Community and selecting the Renewals Tab (accessible to Billing Contacts only).
