The Primary Contact is the main billing contact authorized to review and sign renewal quotes. To update or add a new Primary Contact, please email your Renewals Manager with the request and provide the updated contact details. To contact your Renewals Manager or the PowerSchool Renewals Team, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team. Your Renewals Manager will ensure the information is accurately updated in our system.
