  • If required by state law, make sure a Purchase Order (PO) has been issued prior to the renewal date.
  • Your Renewals Manager (RM) can verify whether the renewal has been booked or if any additional steps are needed.

To contact the Renewals Teams, navigate to the Customer Connect Page in the PowerSchool Community and selecting the Renewals Tab (accessible to Billing Contacts only)
