When anybody in HR prints any form, for example, employee information sheet or hr form, the header and footer contains the word "Draft" centered in a large font. How can we remove/change this setting?
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! Would you provide which product you are using so I can assist you further, please?
If you are still seeing DRAFT on the header and footer of the page that means the form is still in the workflow. If you do not want to see the draft, the workflow will need to be completed.
I hope this helps!
We are receiving the same message when we print. Also, the information on the right side of the page is cut off, so we don't see the entire page.
Thank you for your response!
We are currently working with the Unified Talent team to investigate the word Draft being added to the header and footer. We will post an update in this thread.
The "Draft" at the top of the form was an added feature showing "Draft" for items still in workflow that are being printed. Can you confirm the workflow is complete so Draft does not appear in the header and footer?
We can confirm that documents that are complete are still printing with the word "draft". Yesterday and today, I have viewed and printed Employee Information sheets that are not in "The Workflow" and have been approved and are in the Staff Folders in Records. The word --Draft-- is still there.
Thank you for reaching out in the Community!
While the Community is a great place for questions and we encourage you to continue posting in the Community for users' best practices, I recommend reaching out to Unified Talent Support to look into the word Draft being removed from all pages being printed.
A case can be created with Unified Talent Support by selecting Contact Support at the top of any page in the Community and choosing the Unified Talent product support. Please complete the Support form and choose to launch LiveAssist for immediate assistance or create a Support case.
