When anybody in HR prints any form, for example, employee information sheet or hr form, the header and footer contains the word "Draft" centered in a large font. How can we remove/change this setting?

If you are still seeing DRAFT on the header and footer of the page that means the form is still in the workflow. If you do not want to see the draft, the workflow will need to be completed.

We are currently working with the Unified Talent team to investigate the word Draft being added to the header and footer. We will post an update in this thread.
The "Draft" at the top of the form was an added feature showing "Draft" for items still in workflow that are being printed. Can you confirm the workflow is complete so Draft does not appear in the header and footer?
We can confirm that documents that are complete are still printing with the word "draft". Yesterday and today, I have viewed and printed Employee Information sheets that are not in "The Workflow" and have been approved and are in the Staff Folders in Records. The word --Draft-- is still there.
