My tech tried to update PS today to fix this issue. He received the following message: "The installer for PS 22.214.171.124 is no longer available, PS 126.96.36.199 will be available in the near future. When updating from PowerSChool 12.0.x directly to 188.8.131.52, bypassing 184.108.40.206, some student emails are removed and others that had been previously modified revert to an older format. The issue will be resolved in 220.127.116.11"

My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to resolve the issue at this point without upgrading to 12.1.1 or newer. Once our development team releases PowerSchool 18.104.22.168, upgrading to that version should resolve the issues that your parents are seeing with the your parent's status emails not being sent out.
Our development team recognizes the importance of this issue and is working dilligently to ship the update as soon as possible while ensuring that we don't run into similar issues again. Once the update is released, your technical contacts should get a Technote announcing the availability of the upgrade.
