I am trying to submit a support ticket for atrieve database for our district but I recieve the above message. How do I submit a suppor ticket and how can I get access to submitting tickets in the future?

Access to the Case Portal is available to Designated Support Contacts of a school district.
If you are not a Designated Support Contact and feel you should have the role, I recommend reaching out to a Designated Support Contactin the district to request assistance with getting the required access.
You can also email email@example.com and PowerSchool will work with current Designated Support Contacts within your school district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.
