Hi,

I want to open a Case. I am a Designated Support contact from my district. But somehowIi get the message that I don't have access. Thank you in advance.

Hi @IngridEM,

 

I see that you had recently created your Community account and it can take upto 24 hours for the roles to get updated on the Community. I see that your roles have been updated, please let me know if you are still unable to create a case through Case Portal.
