I keep losing my access to the BPlus case portal. I've had it reset several times and it lasts for maybe half a day and then its gone again. This is becoming increasing frustrating. This new system leaves a lot to be desired.

I am unable to log into PowerSource as well
and when i click on Lost Password i get a message that my username is not recognized. It is the same email i have been using on eSchoolPLUS for three years.
