Why don't I have access to the Case Portal?

Why don't I have access to the Case Portal?

My co-worker Lyn Le forwarded me an email about the new support effective 12/15/21. When I clicked on the "Case Portal" link it tells me that I don't have access to the resource.

Resources are accessible based on the role assigned by your school or district. This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to the resources.
