I need to access chat to solve a problem; I'd rather be able to share a screen and point than attempt to open acase. When I hover over "Contact Support" the menu with the option to Live Chat does not appear. Is this intentional, such as for site reorganization? Has anyone else noticed this omission? I worry that there is a chat quota and I have exceeded it. =\

There is no limitation for the usage of chat on PowerSchool forum and currently we are not going through any site reorganization.
