Unable to login to PowerschoolSIS

We are unable to login to PowerschoolSIS. We tried resetting the password multiple times but it is not working. And even by creating a new account.

 

We are getting the following message - 'You are unable to access your account at this time. Please contact your school directly for assistance.' 

 

Even the school district office is not aware of this issue. Can someone look into this ASAP?

School district is Licking Heights South Elementary (Licking Heights Local School District - District code - ZJPR)

Thank you for providing us with this information.  In this case, you would need to continue to work with your district office/school administrators  to determine the root cause of the issue.  They can submit a case to the PowerSchool Support Team for further investigation.
