Unable to launch chat

I am listed as the technical contact for my school, but am unable to launch chat.  I'd like to request an upload to version 20.  Thank you.

Are you hosted?  I am, and I made my request here:  https://support.powerschool.com/case/powerschoolSaas.action

Use the drop down to select "Hosting Upgrade".

 

It wasn't a "that day" kind of thing.  It was done in about 3 days.
