Unable to access insider videos


I used to be able to access the videos, but I received the message below after reseting the password.
Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource

when I tried to access the Insider screencasts.


How can I get access to this?

PowerSchool Insider Videos are accessible by users with a PowerSource account.  We recommend connecting with the Designated Support Contacts(Technical Contacts) within the district who should be able to create a PowerSource account for you.
