Unable to access documentation

I'm trying to access Hoonuit documentation for year end transition. At the old location of the documentation, I received a message saying my access has been revoked. On the PowerSchool site I received a message saying, "You do not have permission to access this action or resource." I believe that i am the designated support contact for my school district. I do not have any contacts at PowerSchool. Any help to get me access would be appreciated.

If your district has provided you with access to resources in the Community, it can take up to 24 hours for the access to update once your Community account is created.


I see it has been 24 hours since you have posted this. I recommend that you try to access the Hoonuit documentation for the year-end transition again. Please let us know if you continue to experience difficulties.
