Unable to Access Chat Support

I am unable to access chat support.

If you are a Designated Support Contact in your school or district and you are unable to access the Case Portal, I recommend reviewing the tips in this article under the section Designated Support Contacts(Technical Contacts).

 

Please let me know if you still experience any difficulties accessing Chat Support or Case Portal in the community.

I also do not have access to chat support, or the case portal.
