Hello - I am using the older platform I guess - used to be myhaiku learning. Anyway - a new student is trying to set up her account with notifications - yet she continues to get an error saying she has not verified her email address. Any suggestions?

We recommend confirming that she has verified her email address. If she is, we recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Learning Support team to look into this further and troubleshoot the blocker for her.
Thank you - that is ACTUALLY the problem - for some reason, it seems even as she places her email address in the area - it does not appear to be verified.
