You are probably not the Technical Contact. You need to go into PowerSource (https://support.powerschool.com) and designate your self as a technical contact (assuming you have permissions). To do so:
1. Login to PowerSource.
2. From the Home tab, select "Account Management"
3. Select the "Technical Contact" tab.
When I inadvertently made myself a teacher in Unified Classroom, I lost access here in the Community despite being full PowerSchool admin. When I fixed my Technical Contact status, all was well. 😃
