When trying to print a seating chart for a class that meets on a different day (than today), the seating chart is entirely grayed out, so I have to print the chart on the day the student's have class. Not a huge burden, but it would be nice, in my administrative work, to be able to "get ahead" and print my seating chart (not grayed out) ahead of time.
Is there a way to print out a seating chart (on a different day than the class meets), without it being grayed out?
Note: To print, I go to the PowerSchool start page, then click on the seating chart icon for the needed class, then command-P to print.
@Jamag Unfortunately, the reason it is grayed out is so no attendance can be entered for the students. I don't know of any work around. 😞
