We are using PerformanceMatters to administer end of quarter assessments schoolwide. For one class, we printed blank answer sheets, bubbled in student codes, then had students fill in their answers on the bubble sheets. We scanned the completed answer sheets yesterday and today, but the sheets are not showing in ScanView. The student scores for the assessment are not showing in Student Details. Our preslugged answer sheets show in ScanView with no issues.

I regret your inconvenience about using ScanView. I looked into the matter further and got assured by our
support that it is not a systematic issue and can happen for some reasons such as using file formats (.xst) instead of (.tif).
ScanView supports (.tif) as the primary file format thus I would recommend using (.tif) as the file extension for the bubble sheets.

Would you please verify the Test ID, Student ID, and Course ID match the student and the test in which the bubble sheet is associated.
If the student results are showing in the Student Item Analysis report, but you can't see the sheet in Scanview, it's most likely an issue with the user who is looking for the sheets. Scanview has security in place to only show sheets for users who have access to the students for the sheets that are scanned. For example, if a teacher logs into Scanview, they are only going to see sheets that are scanned for the students who are scheduled to them.
For District Admin level users, if the issue is that the students results are not showing in reporting AND you can't see the sheet in Scanview, I would check the following:
Login to Scanview, click to Show Only Problem Sheets (located towards the top of the page), and look for any failed sheets that were scanned around the same time as the sheets you are looking for. Sometimes people scan the sheets upside down, so the blank side scans instead. This will have a failed message of "No enabled interpreter recognized the image."
You can also see if it was scanned using an incorrect file format using the failed message.
For District Admin level users, if the issue is that the student results are not showing in reporting, but you CAN see the sheet in Scanview, I would check the following:
Look up the sheets in Scanview. Click on the first blue id, which is the unique sheet id every piece of paper scanned to us is given. Then look to see if the student id is correct on the bubbling. If it is either missing or incorrect, you can use the box for student id on the left side of the individual page of the scansheet to add or correct the student id. Once you click Save, the sheet will reprocess and the results will go to the correct student. You will be able to see the results after the next intraday build. These happen on the :13, :28, :43, and :58 of each hour during business hours.
