SIS case portal access

SIS case portal access

When I try to put in a ticket for PowerSchool I get this:

"Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource"

I am the technical contact for our district and have had access until this week.

I'm also having problems accessing articles and subscribing to content updates.

I did get my technical contact status revived; I had added another tech contact which had removed mine.  All OK now.
