SGA Video Tutorial

We received an email stating that the SGAs were available for the 2020-21 school year. We are now trying to locate the video that shows step by step directions on locating, copying, and making them available to staff.  Thanks for your help.  Thanks!

Student Growth Assessments for the 2020-2021 school year are now available and in order to get assistance with accessing the SGA tutorial video, we recommend connecting with the Designated Support Contacts within your district who should be able to help you find it from your state's user group for you.

How do we know who our Designated Support Contacts? Seems like an extra unnecessary step when the email states, "We have provided a video tutorial and documentation with test IDs on the VA PMAA User Group in the PowerSchool Community."

Designated Support Contacts are employees within each district who have the ability to work directly with the PowerSchool support team. There can be multiple Technical Contacts within each district. We recommend working with a school or district administrators to connect with the Designated Support Contacts within your district.
