I've been unable to access PowerSchool since school began (5 weeks ago). I am told the saved password is invalid and prompted to reset it. I do so, only to be given a 500 error. Tonight marks the 15th attempt after working through IT's possible solution list. I've restarted it, cleared the browser, tried another browser, tried accessing via several different devices, different networks, etc. Help please.

We have been experiencing an issue with users while logging into UT products which now has been resolved. We recommend trying to log in again.
