Report on Students who have exited

I am looking to create a report that shows me all the students who have exited over the summer and would like to create the reason they left and possibly (If in PS) where they went. Can someone please get me started on this report. My parameters are incorrect so I need a little direction.  Thank you in advance for your time.

Thank you for posting in the Community.

There is not a report built in PowerSchool SIS to find students who have exited the school. You can export the ExitDate and ExitComment which might contain the reason for students' exit using Quick Export.

If the above suggestion does not work well for you, I recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts in your school or district to review Exchange to see if other users have found a solution.

You can also search for similar ideas in our Ideas Portal or add a new idea if one doesn't already exist.
