Thank you for your post! Snapcodes are forwarded to parents by the child's school. Since setup varies from location to location, the Snapcode may be embedded in a direct link, sent as the full code in email, or via snail mail. If you have questions about the registration process, you will want to reach out to the school your child is attending in order to have that information forwarded to you.

I did receive the snapcode by email i receive my tamporary password but when I log into it was telling me that it has to be 15 characters now what this is all new to me just to register my return student

The Snapcode is normally a code the is 15 alphanumeric character formatted like abcde12345abcde (five letters, five number, and five letters).
When you log into Registration with your InfoSnap account using the link to the form provided by the school, that is what it will be expecting. If you aren't sure about your SnapCode, then the best thing to do would be to contact the school directly since they are the only ones who can provide it for you.

i can't submit my childs registration form ive filled out everything but her name is not on the registration form and i cant key it in either her name is (Personal Information Removed) ive already done my other childs information but hers i cant submit
