Registration

I have finished completed my registration forms,however,am getting a prompt that it is not yet complete on the grounds of invalid phone number format,this is preventing me from submitting,please advise.

Have you contacted your school to see if your credentials are valid or if you account might need to be reactivated?  Although not the same message you are seeing, you might find the following two Knowledge Base articles helpful:

It won’t let me submit my registration form. I’ve gone in and out and it still won’t let me submit. I need help.

Im having the same issue tells me their info is invalid but i can login undwr yhe student portal to see their classes. Just doesnt make sense... HELP!!!

Same here, I can go into their grades and look how do they but I can't login to register returning students. I am so piss and mad. Tried all day yesterday and today.

I am getting mad with this, I can't register my second returning school. It keep saying wrong password and username.

I am very sorry that you have been having so much trouble getting your students registered. I understand why that could be frustrating.

 

Depending on your specific situation, you may either want to contact your individual school / school district for support or contact our Family Support line.

 

If you are having trouble logging in to your school district's PowerSchool Public Portal so that you can register your students then you would need to reach out to your school district for support. Our Family Support doesn't have access to PowerSchool accounts and wouldn't be able to work to either reset your password or confirm any information provided by the school. This would also be the case if you are trying to create an account in the PowerSchool Public Portal and are getting any errors or missing the Access ID and Access Password. If the School District is unable to resolve the issue, they can reach out to support on your behalf and work with us directly to resolve the issue.

 

If you are having issues logging in to your school's InfoSnap portal or getting errors on the form, it would be best to reach out to our Family Support using one of the methods below. If it is regarding anything password or account related then you would need to call in by phone. After verifying your security questions, we can continue troubleshooting your account issues.

  • Support Hours: Monday- Friday 6:00AM-5:00PM PST
  • Phone: 866-434-6276 Press 1 and then 4 for Registration Support

There is an error on the page that asks about parental info.

 

"Does this parent of custody of the student?"

 

Which makes no  sense.

 

Is this supposed to be "Have" or "Share"???

 

Can't proceed until I know which it is because the answer is different based on the question.

Thank you for your post! For any issues in your district's Registration form, you will want to contact your school and bring any errors to their attention. The school should be able to make the necessary corrections or open a Support Ticket as needed!

I'm having an issue with submitting the registration form for my children. It says invalid form or that I have not filled out the required fields. I have been over the form numerous times and do not see anything wrong with it. My mother in law also looked and could not find any isssues.

Hello everyone,

 

I am a new member and I have attempted several times to register my children but I haven't found any success in doing so.  It seems like the student registration link is not working.  Can someone help in this matter?  Thanks.

For users receiving a message that their registration is unavailable, you will want to reach out to your school to check on the dates for registration for the district. That notification that the window may have passed or has been temporarily closed. The school should be able to work with you to open up the registration window for you if needed!

I registered my new student online, received an email saying we had a pass on fast track, I get to the school and we get no schedule no nothing. They said someone would call? I've emailed, called still nothing. Please help?

My registration added my phone number several times and kept giving me an error. I went back 2 times to fix it. Then it said I was taking too long and logged me out. After it logged me out I was no longer able to log in and finish my registration. When I do it says I must log in when I did, it says that the snap code is already being used by me. How can I get a new snap code or get passed this so I can complete my sons school registration? Thanks for any help!
