I am trying to re-register my children for school. I received the link via my email. I click on the link but cannot remember the password. When I go to forgot passwork link, it tells me that the email is invalid. I have contacted the school tech department. I am a teacher at the school and am using my school email. The tech department said they are unable to assist and to contact your support team. Please help as soon as you can. The password I thought I used doesn't work.
I have also tried to call customer support and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer except to please hold due to all agents are currently assisting other customers.

Thank you for your post. The Registration Team has created a document to address some of the most frequently asked questions during the Registration season. That article may be found here:
Should you have further questions, you will want to reach out to your school for assistance with login for the school district. That information is usually located on the district website, but since each district may have a slightly different setup, they should be able to better direct you to the correct registration URL. In the event they are unable to assist, they should be able to direct you to Support as needed!
We are new to PS. We never even heard of it before moving here. I am having the hardest time trying to register. I am trying to create my parent account and when i attempt to add my daughter, i get a yellowish brown box that states the following: "(daughters name) has not been added to your account. Valid student information must be entered". I have tried to figure this out with the school secretary and she doesn't know why it won't add my daughter either. It is very frustrating, especially as this is really the only communication parents have with the teachers. PLEASE HELP! I have tried to call in and get placed on a hold for over 30 mins. I am taking time out of my work day to do this and it should not be this difficult!

I am attempting to register my daughter for school but the system will not accept my daughter’s snap code. Per my daughter’s school, I am using the right code. The school did not know why the system was not accepting my daughter’s snap code and referred me to this system. Note: The system states the following message when I key in my daughter’s snap code - No match found for snapcode.
