Recruit & Hire Checklists

When a candidate is submitted for a recommendation to hire, the approver is selecting the appropriate checklist in Recruit and Hire but only one checklist is being send to the candidates profile in Records. The checklist has to be manually added. Please advise as to a solution. A ticket was submitted-Ticket # 04402990. The chat support is not working.

Thanks for reaching out via the Community, and thank you for alerting us to your issues with chat. I talked to our support team to confirm a few things:

 

1. Your case is in the correct queue and has been assigned to a support representative. The representative has your correct email address, so the representative will be in touch with information as she has it.
