Received Error Message - Told to reach out to Community Forum tp review access

I clicked on a link that was sent to me so I could access the meeting minutes from a previous meeting and I received the above error message.  Is there a way I can fix something on my end?  

 

Also, wanted to confirm if there was going to be a PA Advisory call today. 🙂 

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. 🙂
