Problems with Student Verification

Trying to verify my student. We actually received a second email with the same first name of another student, which might be why I keep getting the error message of "

Duplicate Roster Records with Matching ID. There are duplicate roster records in PowerSchool Enrollment with a matching student ID (14080).


How do I go about speaking with someone that can help me fix this?

This error is likely due to the duplicate contact records within your school's Student Information System.  I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to look into this issue and assist you.  The school's website should contain the updated contact information of the Enrollment section.
