Dear PowerSchool Support Staff,
I work in the IT Dept of the San Bernardino City Unified School District. There are quite a few users who are not able to login to PD Connect from home. Some staff get this error message: "The system failed to log you in for the following reason: Reason Unknown" and some just get an incorrect password error.

I am sorry that the users are receiving an error message while trying to login to the PD Connect.
To troubleshoot the issue further we would need to share some information that could be personally identifiable. Since Community is a public forum, I recommend reaching out to the Professional Learning Support team, who would be glad to look into the issue. A user with the Designated Support Contact role within the district should be able to submit a ticket to the Professional Learning Support team.
