PowerSchool Designated Support Contact, unable to contact support...

As the IT director, I am the "PowerSchool Designated Support Contact" for our district, or at least I always have been.  Today it seems I do not have access to customer support.  WHY?!!!  The online faq's, and infinate forum dialogs for outdated versions of PS, have not proven to be helpful.
