Please review and update my access

I am not able to access multiple article links from within this FAQ. Please review and update my access to these documents. I am the PowerSchool Specialist for my district.

I am sorry you were unable to access the articles within the FAQ. In order to help troubleshoot and assist you further, could you please provide a screenshot of what appears when you try to access the articles.

I'm a tech contact and have been since PowerSource was the only support site. I get the Hmmmm... error occasionally when connecting via a link to a resource. I just ignore the error, search for the resource by name in the main community search box and then can access.

Thank you but I wasn't asking for assistance. To date I've been able to access everything I should access. I was just letting you (support) know that I sometimes get this message and then can proceed to search for and access the resource. I doubt I'm the only one.

 

I also received a notice regarding a private message from support. In logging in to view the private message (that said the issue was resolved) I got the Hmm... message again. This was a direct login, not via a link.  I know PS support staff are working hard to improve Community but there are still some bugs.

@LaurieZ In this case, it was incorrect access tags within the articles that were causing the trouble, not my personal access. This has been addressed and is working towards being resolved.
