Permissions for creating a ticket

Hello, I just registered with Power School so I can create a ticket to have some information updated for the login page for the Issaquah School District. However, after registration it still doesn't allow me to create a ticket and asked me to reach out via Community Forum. Can you please help? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out in PowerSchool Community!  The PowerSchool Community provides you with access to certain Community resources, articles, and Help Guides. 

 

Designated Support  Contacts at your school/district have the ability to submit support cases. In this case, we suggest you reach out to the Designated Support Contact(s) at your school for further assistance. 

 

If you registered as a Technical Contact, it can take up to 24 hours before having full access to support, chat, and other community resources.
