Performance Matter OLA Student Admin Help

When students have taken a test by mistake and are in progress, can they be moved back to unassigned or unreleased?  The assessment has been locked so they cannot access the test.

Hi! @Emmie1

Once the test is in progress, you cannot go back to unassigned.  You will either no longer see the test available when the window closes or the test has to be submitted and the following day score can be deleted.  The student can stay in locked and just have the test window close as well.
