It seems that so far I am the only one here in HR at Douglas College who has been able to log-in to PowerSchool Community. I have three items I need immediate help on:
1.) I do not see the drop-downs I need for PeopleAdmin (the pages I used to be able to access before in PeopleAdmin Community such as the Cases, Forums, Knowledgebase, etc.) Please look into it.
2.) Our team has a number of outstanding cases that are really impacting our work (some have been outstanding now for two months), please help.
3.) I would also like to ensure that my team has access to PowerSchool Community (the same way they had access to PeopleAdmin Community.

I have exactly the same issue. Do not know how to see my cases and/or the knowledge base
Thanks for the information. Did you have to create a separate log in for PowerSource?
I did create separate logins, but they were in response to separate emails I received. On Dec 15 I got an email that a PowerSource account had been created for me. On Dec 17 I got an email that a PowerSchool account had been created for me.
